The Omega and the Alpha,
when end becomes beginning,
old dogs now puppies

Each sit with Sangha,
I listen to the wisdom,
of my breathing

Mind, body, spirit,
each polished by a master,
Still wobbly steps

Forehead touching ground,
awestruck and grateful I bow,
with new found clarity
