*The Omega and the Alpha,*  
*when end becomes beginning,*  
old dogs now puppies

*Each sit with Sangha,*  
*I listen to the wisdom,*  
*of my breathing*

*Mind, body, spirit,*  
*each polished by a master,*  
*Still wobbly steps*

*Forehead touching ground,*  
*awestruck and grateful I bow,*  
with new found clarity
